Terms of Service

1 Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to use any connected accounts, email inboxes, or third-party services you link to the Service.

2 The Service

MeetingScheduled is a software platform that helps users run outbound sales workflows, including prospect research, signal-based prospect identification, draft generation, sequence management, email sending through connected accounts, and reply monitoring.

We may update, improve, limit, or modify parts of the Service at any time.

3 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4 Connected Accounts and Third-Party Services

The Service may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google or Gmail. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize MeetingScheduled to access and use that account only as needed to provide the requested features.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect and use any third-party accounts, inboxes, domains, or data sources with the Service.

Your use of third-party services is also governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or regulation
• infringe the rights of others
• send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent communications
• distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• use the Service in a way that violates the policies of connected providers such as Google or Gmail

You are solely responsible for the content of emails, sequences, campaigns, prompts, imported data, and other materials you create or send through the Service.

6 User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service, including prospect data, prompts, email drafts, campaign inputs, and connected account data ("User Content").

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and use User Content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

7 Email Sending and Communications

If you use MeetingScheduled to send email through a connected account, you are responsible for:

• compliance with applicable email, privacy, and marketing laws
• obtaining any required permissions or consents
• ensuring your communications are lawful and appropriate
• monitoring your own sending practices, targeting, and deliverability

MeetingScheduled provides tooling and automation, but you remain responsible for the emails sent from your connected accounts.

8 AI-Generated Output

The Service may generate research, recommendations, signals, summaries, or draft content using automated systems and AI models.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before use. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, lawful, or fit for any specific purpose.

9 Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

10 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, features, and underlying technology, is owned by MeetingScheduled or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

11 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• you violate these Terms
• your use creates risk for us, other users, or third parties
• we are required to do so by law or a third-party provider
• continued access is no longer commercially or technically feasible

You may stop using the Service at any time.

• your use of the Service
• your User Content

• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any law or third-party rights

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

16 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the "Last updated" date above or provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
