The Service may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google or Gmail. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize MeetingScheduled to access and use that account only as needed to provide the requested features.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect and use any third-party accounts, inboxes, domains, or data sources with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content of emails, sequences, campaigns, prompts, imported data, and other materials you create or send through the Service.
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service, including prospect data, prompts, email drafts, campaign inputs, and connected account data ("User Content").
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and use User Content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
If you use MeetingScheduled to send email through a connected account, you are responsible for:
MeetingScheduled provides tooling and automation, but you remain responsible for the emails sent from your connected accounts.
The Service may generate research, recommendations, signals, summaries, or draft content using automated systems and AI models.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before use. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, lawful, or fit for any specific purpose.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, features, and underlying technology, is owned by MeetingScheduled or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.
